THE MENTAL HEALTH presentation THAT CHANGES THE CONVERSATION.
An evidence-aligned school presentation that gives students the perspective, language, and hope to tackle mental health challenges.
This Is Not a Motivational Speech.
Students are tired of positive-thinking platitudes, and so are we.
They know what's real and what isn't.

The Champions isn't a "triumph over adversity" story. It's a real, honest, raw, and sometimes even humerous look at the complexities of living with mental health issues. It's designed to enlighten and challenge perspectives, not just create temporary warm and fuzzies.
An evidence-aligned school presentation that gives students the perspective, language, and hope to tackle mental health challenges.

An authentic, lived-experience story creates the foundation of trust and breaks down the stigma that prevents students from listening. This isn't a lecture; it's a shared human experience that earns their attention.

The 90-Minute Journey: Our Four-Part Structure
PART 2: THE STRATEGIES (TAKEAWAYS)

We translate the story into practical, memorable frameworks. We cover peer support, the complexity of mental health, and principles for starting a conversation when something feels off.
(02)
PART 3: THE Q&A (INTERACTION)

A guided, safe, and moderated Q&A session where students can ask questions they otherwise wouldn't. This reinforces key messages and addresses their specific concerns in real time.

PART 4: THE SURVEY (FEEDBACK)

It was really entertaining."

BEFORE: THE PARTNERSHIP MEETING
Our work doesn't begin on stage. We schedule a pre-presentation meeting with your wellbeing staff to understand your school's unique context, align on messaging, and ensure the keynote seamlessly integrates with your existing support channels.
More Than a Presentation. A Partnership.
AFTER: THE IMPACT REPORT
Following the event, your school receives a comprehensive, anonymised report from the student feedback survey. This powerful tool provides qualitative and quantitative insights, captures the student voice, and helps guide your ongoing wellbeing strategy.
